Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff who ensured a seamless check-in process. the room, though initially faced card access issues, was well-appointed and cozy, providing a peaceful sanctuary after a day of exploring the vibrant city. The hotel's amenities, including the outdoor pool and gym, allowed for moments of relaxation and rejuvenation between our adventures. the Ixchel Restaurant served delightful local and international cuisine, making each dining experience a true delight. While there were some minor hiccups, the attentive staff quickly rectified the situation, showcasing their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. the complimentary shuttle service to the airport added an extra layer of convenience to our trip, making our departure stress-free.
